Preliminary phase
Before the start of the project we lay down your aims in a plan
of approach. Amongst others, this plan also shows how the lines
of communication run during a project. In this frame the tasks
and responsibilities of each participant are clearly stated.
At the beginning of your project we categorise all
distinguishing structures of your organisation and research your
demands and needs. This could also include specific provisions
such as a data network, an entry control system, a commercial
kitchen and so forth. Furthermore,we draw up concepts for
production layouts and job place allotments.
At the same time we review the financial feasibility of several
possible variations and draw up realistic investment estimates.
We analyse the gathered data and apply it in functional and
technical programmes of requirements, in which all starting
points are unambiguously recorded. Functional layouts are added
